Hello, I am a plant based chef, born in Japan, fascinated about vegan food creation. I do horeca consultant, developping vegan menu and flavour, also work at different kitchens in successful restaurant concept. Together with very talented chefs, I host a pop up dinner event in Netherlands, here please discover your next level vegan Japanese food with twist.  I would like to meet people and be connected through cooking.
