Op vrijdagavond 13 december bezoeken we Het HEM, waar we de tentoonstelling Chapter 2WO bekijken, meer te weten komen over de site specific installatie van RAAAF én een exclusief inkijkje krijgen in de artists studio’s.
PROGRAMMA
18.00 inloop bij Het HEM met een drankje
18.30 Talk door het HEM over de installatie van RAAAF en andere site specific opdrachten
18.45 Exclusief bezoek aan de artist studio’s waarbij o.a. studio curator Aukje Dekker en kunstenaars over hun hun werk vertellen
19.15 Drinks en socializen, in het café/de woonkamer van Het HEM
20.00 einde programma, mogelijkheid om zelf Chapter 2WO te bekijken, te dineren in Het HEM óf de Rietveld Academie tentoonstelling in de Open Studio te bekijken
HET HEM
Het HEM is een nieuw huis voor eigentijdse cultuur in een voormalige kogelfabriek. Samen met de visionairs van deze tijd ontwikkelen ze multidisciplinaire kunstprogramma’s waarmee ze een ander licht schijnen op de wereld om ons heen. Een speelse en vrije benadering voor zowel het maken als ervaren van kunst staat bij Het HEM centraal. Naast expositieruimtes heeft Het HEM een huiskamer met bibliotheek, een café-restaurant met leestafel en een terras aan het water én een hi-fi muziekbar.
INCOMPREHENSIBLE SUN
Incomprehensible Sun (2019) is een geluids- en lichtinstallatie van Nicolás Jaar in de 200 meter lange ondergrondse schietbaan van Het HEM. Bezoekers betreden de installatie in het midden van de tunnel, waarvandaan zij zelf het verloop, het ritme en de duur van het stuk bepalen met de snelheid en koers van hun wandeling. Let op: Als je deze installatie wilt bezoeken na afloop van het programma, kun je ter plekke bij de kassa een tijdsslot boeken. Vol is vol!

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
