Steeds meer mensen gaan vegetarisch en veganistisch eten. Maar hoe pak je dat eigenlijk aan, veganistisch eten koken? De Broeikas en Donderdag Veggiedag organiseren samen een driedelige cursus. De drie delen van de cursus vinden plaats op 13 juni, 27 juni en 11 juli.
Dit kaartje is geldig voor alle drie bijeenkomsten. Je krijgt er dus 3 lessen en 3 maaltijden voor
In deze cursus van drie lessen leer je hoe je vlees en zuivel vervangt. Niet alleen wat betreft de
voedingsstoffen maar ook de lekkere smaak. Een reeks recepten uit verschillende wereldkeukens passeert de revue, waarbij op de meest verschillende manieren de maaltijd compleet én lekker gemaakt wordt. Wat dacht je van stamppot met jus en tempehkaantjes, quiche met kappertjes en seizoensgroenten of misschien Chinese kokospudding met mango?
Na afloop van de cursus ben je over je koudwatervrees heen en kun je zelfstandig je vegan kookvaardigheden verder uitbreiden!
We gaan op drie dinsdagen koken in de keuken van De Klinker. We beginnen steeds om 17.00 uur en gaan tegen 19.30 aan tafel om de bereide gerechten samen op te eten. Na afloop
wassen we samen af.
De hele cursus kost 47€. Hiermee betalen we de ingrediënten en andere kosten van de cursus. Door het kaartje van 57€ te kiezen steun je de cursus en maak je het mogelijk dat mensen met een kleine beurs kunnen deelnemen. Mocht er na afloop geld overblijven dan gaat het naar een dierenrechtenorganisatie zoals Animal Save.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
