Description
Na de succesvolle kick-off in oktober 2015 nodigt Pllek de bijzondere muzikanten van Raagmala Suite opnieuw uit. In 2016 spelen zij een reeks van vier ligconcerten, één per seizoen. De van origine Russische Marynka Nicolai (vleugel, neo-klassiek) en Dr. Goldfinger (electronica, percussie) laten zich samen met de Indiase Avi (sarod) inspireren door de klassieke Indiase “raga” muziektraditie.
Het eerste optreden vindt plaats aan het eind van de lente, op zondag 20 maart tijdens Perzisch Nieuwjaar. Door de eigenschappen van ieder seizoen zal ieder ligconcert een eigen innovatief karakter hebben.

RAAGMALA SUITE
De vijf raga’s die de basis vormen van Raagmala Suite raken elk een andere snaar, vaak gepaard met een kleur, en bieden talloze mogelijkheden voor muzikale interpretatie. Een continu spel tussen emotie, compositie en improvisatie. Het van nature meditatieve karakter van de raga’s komt liggend ultiem tot zijn recht.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
