Deze zomer hebben Satellietgroep en de Onkruidenier het beeldende kunstproject Expeditie Landschapsextracten uitgevoerd. Zij gingen daarbij op zoek naar de gevolgen van de Waterlandse Vloed van 1916, de grote overstroming ten noorden van Amsterdam. Het veenlandschap zakt elk jaar zo’n 50 cm. Dat roept de vraag op wat de houdbaarheidsdatum van het landschap is. De klimaatveranderingen die deze overstroming teweegbracht, hebben Satellietgroep en de Onkruidenier opgenomen in een eetbaar archief, zodat het complexe verhaal op een toegankelijke wijze geproefd kan worden.
Op 24 augustus biedt de Onkruidenier een proeverij aan met aan Waterlands smaakpalet. Zo proef je de Afgesloten Zuiderzee in de Angelica Likeur, het Veenrot in de Waterkers Pesto of de Verzoeting in Zoutminnende Heemst Marshmallows. Het eetbaar archief wordt gepresenteerd op het eetgereedschap van EVOKE. Met haar collectie eetgereedschappen wil Sarah-Linda de eter bewust maken van de kwetsbaarheid van ons voedsel. Met zachte vormen vervaardigd van keramiek, zijn ze een prikkel voor onze zintuigen. Tussen bord en bestek in, roept dit gereedschap een meer intuïtieve manier van eten in ons op en stimuleert het een bewuste eetervaring. Voor de realisatie van haar project rondde Sarah-Linda een succesvolle crowdfunding af.

Wanneer? Op woensdag 24 augustus twee proeverijen. De eerste van 17:00 - 18:00 uur en de tweede van 18:00 tot 19:00 uur.
Daarna is het mogelijk om de daghap te eten in het restaurant van Felix Meritis, Ramses.
