De Paloma`s; Authentieker dan dit gaat het niet worden! Neem 6 vrolijke feestgangers die niets leuker vinden dan een ouderwets gezellig feestje vieren. Figuren die gek zijn van muziek maken èn die graag oude tijden weer laten herleven! De tijd dat de piratenzenders ruisend door je radio kwamen en dat ‘Veronica komt naar je toe deze zomer’, nog vanaf een piratenboot werd uitgezonden. Je was op bezoek bij je opa en oma en uit de radio in de bijkeuken klonk een krakend mono of misschien nét stereo geluid. Dat stond toen nog in de kinderschoenen!
Nummers van o.a. Corry en de Rekels, The Sunstreams, George Baker, De Four Tak, Frank Ferrari en
Jan & Zwaan. “Herinnert u zich deze nog”…. galmde het dan na.
Toporkest De Paloma’s neemt je met liefde mee terug naar die “goeie olde tied”! Al die nostalgische liedjes komen dankzij De Paloma’s weer opnieuw tot leven. Inclusief het geluid van een echte accordeon en Hammondorgel.
Loop de polonaise op De Dutchboys of wals mee op de klanken van De Zangeres Zonder Naam en laat je verrassen door deze band die, dankzij hun Achterhoekse roots, ook af en toe wat steviger werk ten gehore zal brengen. Wij noemen b.v. Normaal, Boh Foi Toch en Het Hanska Duo!
Dus zin in een feestje van herkenning? Ouderwetse Hollandse gezelligheid? Inhaken, polonaises, walsen en van je hopsakee? Toporkest De Paloma`s trapt ze knettertje hard aan!
