On the 25th of April we will organize a bootcamp in order to raise money for Spieren Voor Spieren, and you are invited to join!
THE EVENT
For the sporty people (but also for the not so sporty people) we are organizing a bootcamp at the NHTV Academy of Hotel and Facility Management. The program will start between 15:00 and 15:20 in the wine theatre, after which we will go to the Mastbos, right around the corner. Afterwards you have the possibility to stay for a drink and some small bites.
PROGRAM
- 15:00 - 15:25 // Opening, possibility to change etc.
- 15:30 - 17:00 // Bootcamp session in Mastbos
- 17:00 - 18:00 // Drinks and bites
THE CHARITY
We are raising money for the Spieren Voor Spieren charity. This charity raises money for research on muscle diseases, and they organize events for children to forget about their disease and just have fun.
TICKETS
Early bird tickets are on sale for €8.50, and the regular tickets will go on sale for €10.00. Both types of tickets include a drink coupon, small bites, the bootcamp itself, and a goodiebag.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
