Yoga is back in action at The Hoxton, Amsterdam! We’ve partnered up with YogaFest International for a whole new take on that yoga-life. YogaFest is all about sharing and spreading all the benefits to the body, mind and spirit that yoga can get you, from the clothes you wear to the food you eat.
We’ve got local studio director Andreas Trussat back in the house taking us down to the ground with Yin-inspired yoga. Think slow-paced super stretches with lots of attention to form and figure. Perfect for beginners and beyond!
