Alle volle maanen hebben ieder hun eigen thema en uitwerking op ons als mens. Met in het bijzonder op de vrouw. Omdat wij in verbinding staan met de maan. Als je heel gevoelig bent kan je net voor de volle maan daar fysieke en mentale reacties in je systeem voelen en ervaren. Zoals moody, slechter slapen....Wil je er meer over weten en je intenties voor de komende maand neer zetten ,loslaten wat je niet mee bij je wilt hebben, of gewoonweg je heerlijk laten meenemen in een bad van een yoga volle maan meditatie ...... meld je dan aan!
