In deze tijd, waarin we ons steeds bewuster worden van het belang van gezonde voeding, beseffen steeds meer mensen dat het verstandig is om wat minder vlees te eten. Maar ja, hoe pak je dan aan? Want bij het samenstellen van een maaltijd zonder vlees of vis blijkt dan nog best een uitdaging te zijn...
Wij gaan in de workshop met elkaar aan de slag met een keur aan gerechten. Hoe stel je een vega-maaltijd samen zonder uren in de keuken te staan? Is het mogelijk om het gerecht zo te bereiden dat je het vlees of vis niet mist?
Vanuit de basis laat ik jullie ervaren wat het effect is wanneer je bepaalde ingrediënten toevoegt. Wat doet dit met de smaak van het gerecht?
