Tijdens deze workshop gaan we aan de slag in een kleine groep van 4 personen met paarden en coach. Om aan de slag te gaan met het stellen van prioriteiten gaan we een oefening doen die ieder voor zich zal uitvoeren, er zal ook ruimte zijn om van elkaar te leren. Ben jij geen planner en is het een chaos in jouw hoofd. Leer om rust te creëren door jou eigen methode te gaan leren toepassen. Leer op je eigen tempo en op jouw eigen manier. extra info: We zijn op een buiten locatie en zullen de gehele sessie buiten zijn denk aan warme,droge/regen kleding en goed schoeisel. Voor en na de sessie zult u voorzien worden van koffie en thee met een versnapering.
