Op zondagmiddag van 12.00 tot ca. 16.00 uur zullen de Dutch Bros. Smokers onder leiding van Freestyle BBQ Jeanette een basis workshop BBQ geven.
Tijdens de workshop, waar je natuurlijk zelf aan de slag gaat, komen diverse basis vaardigheden van bbq aan bod. Waaronder o.a. werking en aansteken van diverse soorten bbq's, direct en indirect bbq'en, temperaturen, brandstof, voorbereiding, etc.
We zullen onder andere werken met Big Green Egg, Primo, GMG pelletgrill, vuurschaal, Joy Stove en gietijzer.
Wat gaan we dan maken? O.a. een goede steak, broodje hamburger, kipkebab met naanbrood van de rotisserie, zalm op de plank, side dishes en een dessert.
De kosten voor deze workshop zijn € 75, - per persoon en dit is inclusief koffie, thee en 2 consumpties.
wat krijg je dan nog meer behalve een volle maag? Het delen van passie voor bbq, de recepten, een certificaat én een goodie bag.
