VRIJ DIEP! is een reeks van vier waarin ons seksueel bewust-zijn centraal staat. Elke avond spitst op eigen wijze toe op een intiemer en bewuster seksleven waarbij de verbinding met jezelf en je seksuele partner een belangrijke rol speelt. Verrijkende en interactieve speelse avond voor iedereen die graag vrij diep gaat...
De avonden zijn geschikt voor zowel individuen als stellen, het gaat immers om het zelfbewustzijn. Je hoeft dus niet met iemand samen te komen!

Vind jij het moeilijk om je grenzen aan te geven en op een gezonde manier te bewaken in relaties? Is het voelen en aangeven wat jouw behoeften zijn een uitdaging voor je? Ervaar jij de grens van de ander als een afwijzing in het contact? Ben je bang dat de ander te dicht bij komt, maar mis je intimiteit? Is gebrek aan aanraking of verkeerde aanraking een thema in jullie relatie of je relatie?
In de workshop “Vrijheid in Verbinding” gaan we spelenderwijs onderzoeken hoe we op een volwassen manier met onze eigen grenzen en die van de ander om kunnen gaan. Ook zal je ontdekken hoe het aangeven en respecteren van grenzen tussen jou en de ander tot een diepere verbinding/ intimiteit kan leiden. Dit alles begint bij de relatie die je met jezelf hebt. Tijdens de workshop maken we gebruik van verschillende communicatie- en lichaamsgerichte oefeningen waarbij we volledig gekleed blijven.
