Urban Lovers Outdoor Festival 2018Na shows in Maastricht en Den Bosch gaat Urban Lovers nu een outdoor festival organiseren in Amsterdam op het ArenaPark. Een hele dikke urban line up met namen zoals Boef, Dyna en Childsplay. Het wordt een hele dag vol optredens van de populairste artiesten. Het is midden in de zomer, dus wie weet sta jij op 10 augustus te shinen in Amsterdam tijdens onze eerste outdoor editie. De line up wordt nog verder aangevuld.

I have not received my urban lovers ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your urban lovers tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your urban lovers tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my urban lovers ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
