Triggermapping class
Let's say that you have a pretty good idea about the stories that you tell yourself. Maybe even the awareness of where the stories were born. Life is still life. Which means that life will constantly invite you to go deeper and to look at your choices from a constantly different point of view. We believe that the reason would be to evolve. To reconnect with your highest being, and in order to do that we must have variables. Meaning… life! Change, challenges, different energy, situations, relations and triggers.
Our mind has many programs that it's running on and some of them are running in the background until they are activated. We are calling this trigger. Those moments where your system is moved, touched, and we suddenly feel like shit.
Let's say you woke up feeling fresh and fruity and by the end of the day you feel like a bag of wet towels. Somewhere along the day something happened that changed your mood. The same thing works the other way around. Waking up grumpy and then not being able to sleep in the evening because you feel so filled with energy.
What the triggermapping class is all about, is to create awareness on what makes you tick.
The good, the bad and everything in between. When we create awareness on what triggers us we are more able to make conscious choices in how to respond. And when we reach that level we can truly say that life is not happening to us anymore. We can navigate those programs in our system in a clear and open way and make deliberate choices. This will ofcourse create massive freedom and more open and loving relationships.
We all woke up in our life at some point saying; how did I end up here again? I already went through this right?
It could well be that we are not aware of what is actually triggering us. It can feel like a pretty big maze and the navigation system is not always up to speed.
In this one day workshop we will teach you how to identify the different programs that are running in your system and we will literally create a trigger map so you can always find your way back home.
You don’t need to have done any work before applying to this class, this class is available to all. The class is taught in English (native Dutch).

I have not received my Triggermapping ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Triggermapping tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Triggermapping tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Triggermapping ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
