Description
It's easy and fun to learn to make delicious and gut-health promoting Korean Kimchi! We'll be using a traditional recipe shared with us by Yeon Choi. Kimchi can be spicy, sour, strong flavoured or mild. It is a traditional Korean food preservation technique using natural fermentation, and the perfect activity for an Autumn evening. You'll go home with a jar of fresh kimchi! (Bring a 750ml jar)
Cost: Euro 30, all ingredients, snacks and beverages included
This time we are going to make a both the traditional version using fish sauce and also a vegatarian and vegan friendly version using mild soy sauce! Both recipes will be available to sample.
No experience necessary. If you would like to attend, please book your ticket in advance or contact suzanne@cityplot.org for alternative payment options.
