Hola hoopers!
Lisa Elvee together with Adrienne from With The Flow Studio are coming together for a creative afternoon of hoop tricks, dance, yummy vegan food, and lovely new (and old) connections!
Boost your hooping in 1 afternoon with 2 workshops followed by a personal training by these two professional hoop chicas!
We have only 7 spots open for this mini retreat, to give you tons of attention and get as much done as possible in the 5 hour window.
During the workshops, we will experiment with new concepts and approaches to trick learning and hoop dancing, followed with a guided personal training where you can target the moves and tricks that you always wanted to nail. We both like teaching one on one and we believe it is the most effective way, so here you can work on whatever you need help with. See it as flow jam, but with flying teachers around! :)
❤ Elvee Fire's Workshop ❤
Elvee will be focused on advanced off body tricks, which she will neatly tie together into a small choreo towards the end of the workshop. Many of the tricks will involve isolations or rolls, so practice those for a head start!
p.s. - all material will differ from the ones Elvee teaches at Ignite and Heart and Hoopdance Retreat.

Adrienne will be focused on on-body tricks and hoop dancing.We will learn and fine-tune tricks like kick-starting and lifting the hoop from the ground, chest hooping, breaks and paddles, vertical chest hooping and the ways you can improve your flow in hoop dance. During the hoop dance part, she will incorporate and work with tricks from both her's, and Elvee's workshop.
