Aankomende zaterdag valt Mariska Gunsing weer in voor Noëlle Sterk.
Tao Yoga gaat over het vinden van speelsheid en openheid in je lichaam. Niets moet, alles mag, zolang jij je maar lekker voelt. Trakteer jezelf op 1,5 uur vol diepe en dynamische strekkingen om al je energiebanen weer te laten doorstromen, je houding te verbeteren, je kernspieren te trainen en je er aan te herinneren waarom zelfspot zo goud is ;)
Mariska is onderdeel van het Natural Yoga collectief. Haar Tao Yogalessen zijn lekker langzaam en toch dynamisch. 'Zweverigheid' staat niet in haar woordenboek en van wat stomme grappen tijdens de les is ze ook niet vies. Ze weet niet zoveel over chakra's, maar wel wat over energiebanen en het aanboren van positieve energie ;)
De lessen zijn van 10.30 tot 12.00 in de tweede zaal van Pllek en geschikt voor alle levels.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Tao Yoga @ Pllek tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
