We invite you to join 1-day retreat with Nataliia Bortnichenko in a magical hut close to Leiden. It is located in a small forest, with deer and sheep around. The energy of the place is amazing. You will feel it immediately!
We will practice yoga & meditation, opening our sexuality, hearts & spirit. We will get in touch with the elements – earth, water, moon, fire & air, coming back to ourselves through the nature.
We will have vegetarian lunch, healthy tea-snacks and girl talk, discussing important questions from different perspectives…
PROGRAMME:
9.00 Arrival + introduction.
9.30-12.00 Yoga practice + meditation.
12.30-13.30 Lunch
13.30 -15.00 Practice in the nature.
15.00 – 16.00 Stress relief exercises, relaxation in pairs, meditation.
16.00-18.00 Tantra for women.
18.00-19.00 Healthy tea & snacks.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your TANTRA & Yoga retreat (ladies only) tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
