Unplug with us on the top floor of this stylish hotel and experience a unique auditory meditation that uses specific instruments to create healing frequencies. The harmonic sounds can not only help reduce stress, but are a powerful tool to tap into your inner creativity. After the deep dive into sound, we can all enjoy a tea on the rooftop patio and enjoy the view over the city.
Shift is a meditation experience, but not as you know it. Designed to alleviate the demands of modern life, the combination of mindfulness, guided meditation and sound bath will help you unplug and retune. It can reduce stress, help you tap into your inner creativity or just give you an idea of what meditation can bring.
Suitable for all experience levels. All mats, blankets, cushions and eye masks will be provided, but feel free to also bring your own if you prefer.
