Join us for a special 3-hour immersion in to sensuality and soulful self-love.
Bringing her signature practice of 'Sensual Yoga' to Amsterdam for the first time, Eleanor Hadley, in collaboration with 'With the Flow' founder, Adrienne, will be guiding you through a journey of cacao, sensual movement, meditation and mindful discussion.
Sensual Yoga is a movement practice inspired by yoga, dance and exotic feminine movement, designed to get you out of your head and in to your body.
