We re a sportkoöperative. Not your regular gym. Inclusive.
Woensdag/Zondag
Onder professionele begeleiding worden je technieken op de boxzak geleerd. Eerst doe je met een partner technieken uit de Muay Thai. Daarna gaan we stoten, trappen, knieen en ellebogen tegen de boxzak! Dan buikspieroefeningen en cooling down. De training duurt 75 minuten. We houden van serieus en hard trainen in een relaxte sfeer. Dus geen machogedoe.
Wednesday/Sunday/donation!
Under professional guidance you will be taught techniques on the boxing bag. First you do techniques from Muay Thai with a partner. Then we will punch, kick, knee and elbow against the boxingbag in different combinations. We finish with abdominal exercises and a cooling down. We like serious and hard training in a relaxed atmosphere. So no mahogany stuff.
Lokation is Rapenburg 51.
Every Wednesday and Sunday 1830 donation based!
