Om Singles te laten zien hoe krachtig ze zijn!Iedere single is uniek. Iedere single heeft verschillende ervaringen opgedaan in de liefde.

Door de diverse zaken aan het licht te brengen kan je anders naar het single zijn en naar jezelf gaan kijken! Op Single en nu kunnen diverse onderwerpen naar voren komen!
Zoals patronen in de liefde, het huisje/boompje/beestje syndroom, daten, eenzaamheid, liefdesverdriet, angst, en dergelijke.
