We would like to invite you for the Inspiration Event from the Hanze University Foundation (formerly known as the annual Inspiration Breakfast). As the activitiy this year, we have invited Dutch journalist and writer Koert Lindijer as guest speaker, followed up with a dinner.
About Koert Lindijer
Koert Lindijer has visited many African countries and was journalist in times of (civil) wars. He wrote for various news websites, including NRC Dagblad. Koert already lives more than 40 years in Africa and has published many books. His latest book: "Wolkenkrabber op de savanne"("Skyscraper in the savanne") was published in March 2023. Koert knows much about how African countries develop and is therefor invited to speak at the event.
Inspiration Dinner
Following up to the event, we are organizing a dinner after the event, so people can continue their discussions and get to know like-minded people. We have also invited several guests from Africa, who we know will be in the Netherlands at that time. The dinner costs €30 per person (€50 for 2 people).
Proceedings
100% of all donations from the Inspiration Event 2023 will be directly invested in higher education in developing countries.

I have not received my Inspiration Event ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Inspiration Event tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Inspiration Event tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Inspiration Event ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the Inspiration Event waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
