We naderen de maand van de zomervakantie waarin we vaak meer tijd nemen om te evalueren en relativeren. Wat een mooi moment om dan eind Mei even stil te staan bij het begin ... van ons Heelal. Dit onderwerp staat sinds mensenheugenis al sterk in de belangstelling bij vele culturen. Studenten, wetenschappers, theologen en filosofen zijn en blijven bezig met dit onderwerp. Bij het ontstaan van ons heelal denken we al snel aan de Big Bang: de oerknal waarmee alles begon. En dat klopt, dat is de algemeen geaccepteerde theorie over het ontstaan van het heelal. Maar er zit een geniepig filosofisch staartje aan die theorie ... wat was er dan vóór de Big Bang? Wat startte die Big Bang? En waar komt “alles” eigenlijk vandaan?
Aansluitend staan we graag ook stil bij de toekomst van ons Heelal. Na het spectaculaire begin ontwikkelt ons Heelal zich verder. Maar hoe? Voorzien we een eeuwige uitdijing van het Heelal of een tragische krimp? Hoe groot is het Heelal eigenlijk en wordt het groter of kleiner? Wat zit er “buiten” ons Heelal. Waar zit de rand van het Heelal? De huidige wetenschap is nog steeds op zoek naar “Donkere Materie” en worstelt met wat “Donkere Energie” eigenlijk is. Nieuwsgierig?

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Het Heelal tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Het Heelal tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Het Heelal ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
