We will gather for a wonderful journey of YINYOGA combined with SOUNDHEALING and a sacred CACAO CEREMONY.
We will create a sacred circle in which we will go on a journey together. Apart from the collective journey it will become a personal journey as everyone gets individual attention as well.

During this journey, we will drink a specially prepared sacred cocoa drink that will help us open the heart and make us more responsive to the elements.

After a short introduction, we will have a small sacred cocoa ceremony. The cocoa spirit will help you open your heart more and will make you more receptive.

Subtle tunings to the main energy centers. In this session we will integrate the etheric body as a whole and inseparable system, which has a direct impact on our physical experiences.

Starting from the root energy we will climb through the elements, reaching the celestial realms through deep restorative asanas, breathing and sounds from the singing bowls and other instruments, which will support our ascending journey.

With the opening effects of the Yin Yoga poses that accompany the sound healing. You can deepen into the poses and the vibrations of the singing bowls can release blocks you keep stored in those hidden places.

Adrienne will guide You into Yin yoga postures, while Michalis will go from person to person and place the bowls upon the body for each chakra.
The bowls will be played in different ways, resulting in different resonation, tones and vibrations.
Even when the bowls are placed on someone else's body, you will benefit from the deep meditative effect of the sound, vibrations and group energy.

If you don't feel like doing the yoga postures you can also just lay down on a mat and surrender to total relaxation. :)

Chakras are energy bands in the body, which govern the transfer of energy to the cells. When the chakras are out of balance or out of harmony, the cells won't maintain, rebuild or rejuvenate themselves.

Balancing the chakras allows energy to flow and body and emotions to open up, releasing blockage, get all the chackras back in balance. Let the prana flow freely, the subtle tunings of divine sounds will reach out to the main energy centers, as to allow the integration of the etheric body into the physical, to make them again a whole and inseparable system, with direct impacts to all kind or different areas of your lives.

Michalis, will embrace this with musical instruments from all over the world and with the singing bowls from Nepal. The magical bowls will go from person to person and placed on the body for each chakra. The bowls will be played in different ways, resulting in different resonation, tones and vibrations.
Even when the bowls are placed on someone else's body, you will benefit from the deep meditative effect of the sound, vibrations and group energy.

Through this process, every individual can get reconnected to each Higher Self, a little closer to one's Soul ..

• ○ • RAW COCOA, FOOD OF THE GODS • ○ •

We provide Raw Cocoa, Fairtrade and Organic, farmed on the Solomon islands and brought to Amsterdam by Malou from Chocolate Land and the Macao movement.

This cocoa contains many active compounds and nutrients (not found in normal chocolate) that benefit our body and energy system, with noticeable effects of opening, and bringing our focus from the mind to the heart.
The exact recipe or the elixir is a secret, but all ingredients are vegan, organic and where possible fair trade.

Cocoa was so highly valued that the ancient native people celebrated it, immortalizing its place in their society through oral history, stonework, pottery, etc. Archaeological sites have found ceramic vessels with cocoa residues from pre-Olmec peoples, from several sites in Mexico and throughout Central America, dating from 1750-1900 BC

Working with cocoa can be an opportunity to create personal transformation, a stronger trust, deeper surrender, and a more profound connection to Spirit.

The cocoa itself is already magic, but for some extra touch to the experience Michalis will give for those who are open for a drop of an essential oil or a tonic or an extract.

Every time it's a surprise what Michalis brings, sometimes it's a special tea or ethnobotanicals. Such as Damiana or Catuaba, both a hearth opener, or Ormus, blended by a friend from Lola's Alchemy.
Ormus is an elixir with origins in ancient times. Ormus has the unique quality to strengthen and open the neural pathways in your energy system. It improves brain funcion and conductivity or energy in your body. Resulting in higher levels of health and consciousness.

We will finish the yoga class with a little head and shoulder massage, or if you would like to skip the touching and the setting is right, you can recieve some Reiki instead.

Because everyone gets personal attention, the exact duration of the whole gathering depends on the groups, please allow some playtime so you don't have to worry about time.
Depending on the participants the session will be hero English, Dutch or both.

• We'll have yoga mats. There will be some blankets, which can be used as props for the asanas. We'll have some nice yoga blocks.

To make sure that you will be comfortable, you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, favorite pillow, bolster and sheepskin.

• The experience will take you on a journey that will broaden your senses and unblock your mind.
Afterwards you will have a very open mind and body. And might want to cuddle up to someone or just chill in a hammock.

• There will be some time to share your experience about some tea.
We can have a mini potluck! Feel free to bring some healthy snacks to share with the others.

> About Michalis

Michalis is a cocktail, a colorful chameleon, Half Greek, Half Dutch and 100% recycled star. A Global Nomad. His ever active curiosity in the world around him has led him to many places across the globe, expanding his comfort zone.

The travels extensively as a professional International Alpine Tour Leader, leading hiking, cycling trekking and expeditions. All this in a great variety of countries. From leading cycling expeditions in Tibet and Kyrgyzstan and desert treks in Jordan and Egypt to snowshoe hiking and hut trekking in the Alps. Upon one of his many trips he came across the Himalayas, when a cycling expedition brought him from Lhasa, Tibet to Kathmandu, Nepal.

There he fell in love with its colorful inhabitants.
"I came for the mountains and I returned for its people".
During his many travels in Nepal he learned about singing bowls through Chaitanyashree, the founder of Divineloveshower and Kundalini Sound & Herbal Therapy Center in Kathmandu.
Michalis has given many collective and individual sound healings in many countries since.

Since Michalis likes to work together and join forces with others, the collective sound meditations are often a synergy between different disciplines; Yin Yoga, Thai massage, Reiki and chanting and sometimes a sacred cocoa ceremony are included.
Each gathering is different and unique in its own way.

Lately Michalis is getting pretty well known for possessing a pair of Golden Claws and he gives the most amazing massages in very special settings, on parties and events, but also at home and in his studio.
