Het jaar 2019 staat alweer bijna voor de deur; een nieuw jaar vol nieuwe kansen en dus ook goede voornemens. Een goed begin is het halve werk dus daarom wil Arun Vernooij je graag helpen met het eerste stapje naar een fit en energiek 2019. Op 23 november organiseert hij, in samenwerking met Cultuurhuis Krimpen aan de lek, het FIT ME EVENT. Tijdens dit gratis event zal Arun door middel van een masterclass zijn kennis en ervaring met je delen zodat jij direct aan de slag kunt gaan met het opbouwen van een fittere levensstijl.
