Since the the last two bootcamps are already sold out we decided to throw the next one online already!

We're diving into the domain of fire, our manipura chakra and the connection to the ego identity. Our fire is connected to our willpower,determination, ability to take initiative, leadership skills, but also things such as shame and manipulation play an important role in the development of it all. Keeping ourselves motivated while being confronted and enduring hardships all relate to our inner fire. So how can we work on this?
It's often easier said than done if you haven't established a healthy relationship with your Manipura chakra in your early years. How were we raised? Did we have a lot of freedom as a child or did we have a very strict upbringing with very little room for our own will and choices? When do we find that people are projecting their negativity on us? Are we doing that ourselves? Do we take things too personal? We have to learn what we stand for and what values resonate with our core being and actively work towards those values.
During this bootcamp we will learn more about our Manipura chakra, how it is connected to the ego identity and how it operates. Movement wise we will be focusing on the area of our core to drive us forward, using our hands to grasp, take control and assume different types of postures to show how powerful it can be to have that sense in your system. Through rigorous excersises we will learn how all of this affects our self and our surroundings on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

It's going to be an intense transformational process guided by Gil the Grid and Wesley Vāyu so be sure to bring a towel, lots of water and remember to leave your ego at the door ;)
