Na 4 jaar op het conservatorium te hebben gezeten, sluit Daniel zijn opleiding af met een combinatie van 3 lagen. Zo brengt hij zijn Soloproject 'Manedan' voor het eerst naar het podium: een project waarbij hij samples van oude jazz-platen gebruikt als startpunt. Gewapend met synthesizers, drums en talloze effecten creëert hij sfeervolle soundscapes die zomaar om kunnen slaan naar vuige uptempo beats. 'Manedan' wisselt af met 'NoKoFi'. 'NoKoFi' is een Nederlandstalig trio met twee gezichten: een harde, grappige en vieze kant die zich afwisselt met serieuze teksten en harmonische samenzang. Een derde laag van de performance bestaat uit filmische ambient. Na het onderzoeken van sfeer en surround sound, heeft Daniel een liveset gebouwd waarbij hij de klanken van de vleugel kan vervormen binnen ‘Ableton Live’. Door deze klanken surround uit te sturen, beweegt de muziek om je heen waardoor er een indrukwekkende ruimtelijke compositie ontstaat. Deze drie lagen zullen verweven in elkaar een voorstelling vormen van een uur. Nieuwsgierig? Kom 27 juni kijken!
