In deze webinar geeft Maaike Fris, de eerste KonMari™️consultant in Nederland (ja, van Marie Kondo), je alle motivatie, kennis, handvatten en tools om je garderobe écht goed onder handen te nemen.
Je gaat actief aan de slag met het toewerken naar jouw ideale kledingkast. Vanuit een concrete opruim methode leer je meer over je relatie met kleding en hoe je grondig en mindful opruimt. Je leert hoe je jouw complete kast efficiënt indeelt en hoe je jouw kleding veel slimmer opbergt. Je leert een techniek aan om erachter te komen van welke kleding je écht blij wordt en hoe je gemakkelijker afscheid neemt van ‘mwah’-tjes. Pen en papier in de aanslag, dus!
Het resultaat: een overzichtelijke garderobe waar je blij van wordt, een effectieve methode om dit vol te houden en veel meer rust in je hoofd. Dé basis voor een duurzame garderobe!
