From Sheffield comes the unrivaled Maurice Fulton. As Syclops he is releasing on Labels like DFA and Gerd Janson's Running Back, but also know for his remixes and production for Crystal Waters, Alice Russel, Kathy Diamond, Rhye, Nicole Willis, Crazy P... we want to name them all but it's just too many. (REALLY. check his discogs)
As a DJ he is the dude with the earplugs, that is not impressed easily, dropping boogie bomb after boogie bomb or equally riding you with quirky techno. Whatever he is up to, it will be unique, real and amazing!
This Birthday Celebration wouldn't be complete without close friend and inspiration Rahaan from Chicago. He does not need any introduction in Amsterdam, as he often headlights the finest festivals and parties like Dekmantel and Zeezout. His unique blend of Disco and House tells a deep connection to the history
of Chicago. Nobody can ever resist hist ludicrous charme and intricate beats.
Room 1 will be hosted by label boss Marcel Vogel himself, tying the night together musically and making sure everybody has a good time. Not only is he A&R and owner of Lumberjacks in Hell, he is also responsible for several releases under his Em Vee alias.
Room 2 will be hosted by Mr Mendel who played every single Cheetah Parties to date. With his enchanting mix between Disco, House and tropical grooves he always manages to put a smile on everyone's faces. His release on Lumberjacks in Hell earlier this year was embraced with exstatic reviews and found it's way into the record cases of jocks like Antal, Detroit Swindel and Hunee.
We also use the opportunity to introduce DIKKENS from Rotterdam with his seminal release on Intimate Friends
in September. You haven't heard of him yet but you will know him by November. That's a given.
