Hidden at Volkshotel's rooftop, there’s a very special place called Badplaats. This mini spa, including three hot tubs and a sauna, is usually only open to hotel guests. But this winter we would like to share this place with Amsterdam. Every Sunday, we open Badplaats for everyone.
Every first Sunday of the month, it’s time for an extra special Badplaats Winter Sessions including storytelling or live music. There will be blankets and Jameson Irish Whiskey will provide drinks to keep you warm. All you’ll have to do is bring your swim wear.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Badplaats Winter Sessions tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. I wish to cancel my Badplaats Winter Sessions ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
