Het Rotterdamse podium Rotown schreef over An Evening With Knives dat het gitzwarte flarden post-metal, progrock, psychedelica, ambient, doom en stoner vormt tot een heerlijk grillig geluid. Niks van gelogen vinden we, maar we zijn dan ook vet fan van het Eindhovense trio sinds het begin. Opgenomen in The Void Studio door Pieter Kloos (Dool, Death Alley, Monomyth, The Devil's Blood), gaat het debuut full-length genaamd 'Serrated' inslaan als een meertraps waterstofbom. Na shows in binnen- en buitenland, festivals als Incubate en Roadkill en het podium gedeeld te hebben met o.a. Truckfighters en Corrosion of Conformity presenteert AEWK hun debuut geheel in stijl in AreaFiftyOne in hometown Eindhoven, om daarna door te razen naar Oss! Deze wil je niet missen.
