Aan de keukentafel bespreken we altijd het thema van de avond. Vanavond komen de mensen aan het woord die bepalen wat we lekker vinden, waar we eten, en wat we van producten vinden: Food Influencers. Wilbert van de Kamp (YFM, eengarde) interviewt de gasten aan de keukentafel. Daarna schuift de hele zaal aan – niet letterlijk natuurlijk – en kan je zelf een vraag stellen.
Leonie ter Veld startte een blog over wat ze dagelijks eet (Gewoon wat een Studentje 's avonds eet), wordt door meer dan 13.000 mensen op Instagram gevolgd en heeft inmiddels zelfs een boek uitgebracht.
Hiske Versprille (journalist bij Het Parool) recenseert wekelijks een restaurant in Proefwerk en schrijft daarnaast artikelen over voedsel in de breedste zin van het woord.
Meneer Wateetons (schrijver op Meneer Wateetons) maakt het liefst voedsel dat je voor minder geld en met minder moeite gewoon in de supermarkt kunt kopen en bracht onlangs het boek Over Rot uit.
Daarna schakelen we over naar de Kritische Noot. Peter Buurman (redacteur bij De Speld, eet regelmatig bij de Turk) reflecteert op het thema.
We sluiten af met de Food Fight: twee startende ondernemers in voedsel strijden om jouw investering. Wie weet jou te overtuigen van zijn of haar idee? Je krijgt de entreeprijs van €5,- in muntjes terug, die je naar wens kunt verdelen over de twee spaarvarkens van de ondernemers.
Deze ondernemers worden gecureerd door Professional Rebel. Professional Rebel is ontsproten uit het YFM netwerk, waar de oprichters Linda en Melissa elkaar ontmoette.
