Deze prachtige plek aan de Frans-Spaanse grens bevindt zich precies tussen Perpignan en Barcelona en op 30 km. van de idyllische stranden aan de Costa Brava. De Pyreneeën strekken zich over de volle breedte van de horizon uit. In de omgeving van de Spaanse stad Girona, in de heuvels van Catalonië, vind je de bloemrijke Masia Can Portell. Het gebouw is een boerderij oftewel Masia uit 1690, met riante tuin met zwembad en vrolijke slaapaccommodaties in huis en tuin. Een fantastische plek waar je echt de rust vindt om op een ontspannen en persoonlijke manier yoga te beoefenen op je eigen niveau!
Iedere ochtend starten we met een korte meditatie en flow yogales gevolgd door het ontbijtbuffet. Daarna heb je alle tijd voor jezelf, zwemmen, lezen, een middagje strand, een massage. Niets moet en alles mag! Voor het diner is de tweede yogales, dit is een wat rustigere hatha yogales met veel aandacht voor de adem en zullen er verschillende ademtechnieken de revue passeren.
