Een documentaire over de wanhoop en het onbegrip bij patiënten en hun naasten tijdens het wachten op psychische hulpverlening in Nederland.
Ruim 88.500 nederlanders wachten op een behandeling bij een GGZ instelling. De maximale aanvaardbare wachttijden zijn vastgelegd in de treeknorm die is bepaald door de overheid, de zorgverzekeraars en de zorginstellingen. Ondanks dit is het nog niet gelukt de wachttijden terug te dringen. Een van de meest belangrijke redenen daarvoor is de regeldrukte waar de GGZ instellingen mee te maken krijgen. Psychiaters en psychologen zijn meer tijd kwijt met papierwerk dan dat ze daadwerkelijk bezig zijn met het helpen van mensen.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
