After the first sold out event at Zoku, we're doing it again! Unplug with us on the top floor of this stylish hotel and experience a unique auditory meditation that uses specific instruments to create healing frequencies. The harmonic sounds can not only help reduce stress, but are a powerful tool to tap into your inner creativity. After the deep dive into sound, we can all enjoy a tea on the rooftop patio and enjoy the view over the city.
Shift is a meditation experience, but not as you know it. Designed to alleviate the demands of modern life, the combination of mindfulness, guided meditation and sound bath will help you unplug and retune. It can reduce stress, help you tap into your inner creativity or just give you an idea of what meditation can bring.
Suitable for all experience levels. All mats, blankets, cushions and eye masks will be provided, but feel free to also bring your own if you prefer.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
