Shaolin Kungfu Apeldoorn organiseert een vechtsport workshop Muay Thai dat toegankelijk is voor iedereen die interesse heeft. Mits er nog plaatsen beschikbaar zijn natuurlijk want vol is natuurlijk vol.
Iedereen heeft wel eens gehoord van kickboksen de moderne ringvecht variant die vaak ook wel Thaiboksen word genoemd. Het Thaise originele Thaiboksen is Muay Thai Boran wat naast de technieken die je in de ring kan gebruiken ook een grote focus op ellebogen, subliem clinch werk, worpen en vormen.
Eigenlijk is het vechten in de ring maar een klein stukje van het complete Muay Thai systeem zoals dat oorspronkelijk in Thailand werd onderwezen. Vroeger had je geen wedstrijden, maar de eerste wedstrijden die werden ingevoerd hadden maar 1 ronde.
Ajarn Dale Tan een leraar in Muay Thai
Ajarn Dale Tan een leerling van Lucien Carbin, Marco Cesaris, Sidyothong, Master Woody, Master Ekger en vele anderen is een pionier van het traditionele Muay Thai, Muay Thai Boran in Nederland. Hij is voor dat pionierschap opgenomen in de hall of fame voor zijn enorme werk en bijdrage aan de vechtsport wereld.
Workshop Muay Thai in Apeldoorn
De He Yong Gan sportschool in Apeldoorn organiseert een leuke gast training waarin traditioneel Muay Thai word behandeld. U maakt kennis met Thaise terminologie, Mae Mai, Look Mai, vorm, combinaties, zelfverdediging en nog veel meer.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
