Om elkaar als Rotaracters weer te zien en om nieuwe Rotaracters te leren kennen is ook dit jaar weer een Assembly georganiseerd! Graag nodigen we jullie van harte uit om 7 maart elkaar te ontmoeten in Den Haag. Op een unieke locatie in het centrum van deze mooie stad hebben we voor jullie een speciaal programma gemaakt dat in het kader staat van verbinding en cultuur en dan specifiek de kunst. Hierbij combineren we het gezelligheid met het Social Project van ERIC en het ervaren van een van de tradities van Schilderkundig Genootschap Pulchri Studio, dat al 173 jaar bestaat.

Eigen bijdrage
We vragen aan alle leden een eigen bijdrage in de kosten. De tickets zijn via Billetto verkrijgbaar. T/m 23 februari is er snelbeslisserskorting : 10 euro p.p.
Vanaf 23 februari is het tarief 15 euro p.p.

Door wijzigingen in het programma zijn we later dan verwacht. Toch, met het doel in het achterhoofd, omdat de Save the date al stond en ervaring uit het verleden, is er besloten om de Assembly door te laten gaan! Daarom vragen wij jullie, onze mede Rotaracters, om binnen je club actief te inventariseren en jullie tickets voor 1 maart te boeken via Billetto. Bespreek in de vergadering wie mee gaat naar Den Haag voor deze gezellige, leuke en leerzame dag! Voor wat betreft die aanmeldingsprocedure: 1 maart is al vrij korte termijn, maar graag willen wij op korte termijn aan de galerie & sociëteit doorgeven hoeveel extra gasten zij kunnen verwachten. Dus meld je vandaag nog aan!

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
