RESTORE & RECONNECT: A sound healing journey

On January 26th, under the first new moon of the year, we will come together for a Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing Journey. Awakening all our senses through healing vibrations, gentle movement and delicious artisan chocolate. Allowing our minds and bodies to rest in deep receptivity.

Sound Healing: Vibrations That Touch the Soul
Sound healing is an immersive experience where sound waves gently wash over you, calming your mind, relaxing your body, and rebalancing your energy. Using instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, these vibrations work on a deep level to harmonize your entire being.

About Michalis:

Michalis is a colorful chameleon, Half Greek, Half Dutch and 100% recycled stardust.
He either gives delicious massages and sound healings in his studio in Ede, or he travels as a professional International Alpine Tour Leader. Upon one of his trips he came across the Himalayas, to Nepal where he learned about singing bowls through the founder of Kundalini Sound & Herbal Therapy Center in Kathmandu. Michalis has given many collective and individual sound healings in many countries since. Together with Adrienne they have been collaborating since 2016, and in 2018 they had a pop-up yoga and massage studio in Amsterdam.

Bring a journal if you would like to write down things that come up for you.
Since Michalis is obviously a male, it is possible to attend the event with head coverings - we won't be moving too much or sweating vigorously.
